My ink pads
As I am not doing any workshops until at least 1st May so yesterday I decided to take my ink pads out of the red case that I keep them in and did a bit of moving around
so I had a space to put them.
I then thought I could put a label on the sides so i could see what colours they are. Here is a picture of them.
Weekend backgrounds.
At the weekend I was making some backgrounds using Gesso and water colour paints, dry brushing with or without the gesso.
Here is a card that I have made with one of them.
Stamp is from Penny Black.

Here are the latest 2 cards from my stay at home collection.
The flowers on this card are from Honeydoo which has been painted with pearlescent paints that I got in Hobbycraft a few weeks ago. I have cut some strips of different colours using a die from The Works.

Alcohol Ink Marbling
Here are some backgrounds using alcohol inks in
water like marbling.
It colours both sides of the card as you can see here
each pair is the front and back of one dip.
Next I am going to try alcohol pearl ink to see what happens. --- the alcohol ink Pearls didn't work well.
Here is a link to the instructions.

Some of the petals had fallen off my Mothers Day tulips, so i thought I would put them through my Gemini machine on a piece of white card and got this lovely background although I expected it to come out purple but they are a lovely shade of green, mmmm now to make a card with it
