Weekend backgrounds.

At the weekend I was making some backgrounds using Gesso and water colour paints, dry brushing with or without the gesso.

Here is a card that I have made with one of them.

 This is a Build a Scene stamp from Sheena Douglass, I have used Cosmic Shimmer and 

Shakers over the Thistle.

Stamps on the above 3 cards are from Stampendous, 

The 3 cards above have been stamped using a stamp press using Versamark then coloured using water based pencils, then put the card back into the stamp press and stamp using Versamark again and emboss using a glitter embossing powder.

Workshop Monday 21st November

Here are the cards for tomorrows workshop. 

 Here we have the Penny Black snowman and I used a free die and embossing from a magazine a short time ago.

 Another free die on this card and I have backed it with gold mirri card.

 I got a new poinsettia stamp from Woodware this week, on this card I stamped them using white detail embossing powder then I sprayed them with water and dropped Brushos into the puddles then glittered when they were dry.

The new poinsettia again stamped on to red card and embossed with white detail powder, the dotty background is wallpaper that I found a while ago.

Make and Take cards for this weeks Workshop as it is the last Monday in the month, and I have made an extra one which is the Orchid card.

Make & Take Friday 15th April

For this weeks card I have used a cut out circle and placed a stencil over it and sponged to get the background pattern, then staamed the Penny Black Delicate Floral.
