Indigo Blu poppy

I brought the Indigo Blu box the other day and made this card.

I blended 3 colours of Distress Oxide ink on the main piece and stamped the image with black Versafine  and embossed it.

On a smaller piece of card I put some ink on my messy mat and sprayed with water then picked it up on this card, when it as dry I stamped and embossed the main poppy again, added a bit more colour in the centre, cut it out and stuck it on the  main image.

Another card for todays workshop.

Another card for tomorrows workshop. Poppy stamp is from Indigoblu, and the die is from Die'sire.
I have inked the stamp with Adirondack ink and sprayed the card and the stamp with water before I actually stamped it and the ink then runs, when dry I stamped and embossed with black ink.

The background has been made by putting Distress stains on to an embossing folder and spray with water or my trusty old mica spray then press the card on top of it.
I made it in slightly different colour ways.

Make and Take Friday 29th June

Here are 2 versions of this weeks Make & Take card, I just changed the background colour and they look quite different. I made a water wash background and added colour then stamped and embossed the flowers at the bottom and added a butterfly.

This is a version by Ruth, using ink pads and sponges to rub on the colour.
