Health Walk

On Monday I joined Jan and the walkers for a walk around Langley Park, 

a lovely morning with blue skies

On Thursday Sylvia and I went to Littlehampton, a lot of work was in progress on a 

new sea flood defence, so it was quite messy.

We drove along to Felpham which was a nice place, weather was lovely.
