Just finished my last Christmas cards for this year(hopefully)
My latest die from Tim Holtz
For these cards I have used Washi tape on a 6 x 6 piece of card then cut 3 sets of triangles then mounted
them on to a square piece of card.
2 of my cards made last week.
This poinsettia stamp and die are from Stampendous, stamped on parchment and embossed with white power. I used the corrugated card from a packet of biscuits with red embossing powder.
I am not sure who makes the snowflake die,
all on one of my messy backgrounds.
Another card using the Gilding Flakes.
The Ivy die is from John Next Door, I have used double sided tape on black card then placed a stencil on to the sticky side and used the flakes on it through the pattern, then removed the stencil and put black glitter on the sticky background,
I made this card using gilding flakes, the stripes are made using double sided tape, 1 row at a time.
The Happy Birthday is from Julie Hickey and the butterfly is from a set I picked up at The Works.
Here is the card for the Make & Take on 21st October.
A floating bauble - a bauble die cut on to acetate, washi tape stuck on to the front then layered on to the card front using foam pads. The die at the top is from Sentimentally Yours.
Here are 3 samples for our Make & Take on Friday 14th October.
Christmas cards for this weeks Make & Take.
This stamp is from Penny Black
and word stamps from Hero Arts.
I was sorting through my boxes of bits and pieces and found an envelope of cut pieces that we made some years ago. We coloured an A4 pices of card with a sponge and die inks then stamped at random using various stamps then you turn it over and just cut into different size squares without looking at at it. Then you just stick then on.
2 of my Bunny cards.
An embossed background gently rubbed over with blue ink.
Here is this weeks Make & Take card for Friday 16th September
Embossing folder is from Sizzix and the stamps from Stampin Up
Here are 4 cards for Fridays Make & Take on 9th September.
