This black card has been embossed using a Crafters Companion folder then rubbed over with gilding wax. 
 Another folder that has then been rubbed over 
using Distress Crayons
A variation of Fridays card but using a new die 
that I got from China.

Make & Take Friday 8th March

Here are 3 samples for tomorrows Make & Take.

For the background on this card I have sponged the card with 2 colours of Distress Oxide inks and then crunched it up then flatten, use a crunched up piece of kitchen roll and rub a little on to it then wipe gently over the inked surface. Spray with water and place another piece of card on the back and front then put through your die cutting machine to flatten it out and you will get another piece that looks just like marble.




Here is the spare piece that has taken up the ink after going trough the machine. I used a brown for rubbing over the cracks.

Workshop Monday 11th February

Here are cards from Mondays workshop.
 This is a Build a Scene stamp from Sheena Douglass, I have used Cosmic Shimmer and 
Shakers over the Thistle.

Stamps on the above 3 cards are from Stampendous, 
The 3 cards above have been stamped using a stamp press using Versamark then coloured using water based pencils, then put the card back into the stamp press and stamp using Versamark again and emboss using a glitter embossing powder.

I have used Starlight paints for the background and the butterfly die cut.


This is a background technique that was on one of my Facebook groups Sheena's Inkettes.

The background is one of my messy backgrounds, the stamps are a set with dies that came from China.
