Workshop Monday 30th January

For the backgrounds of these 3 cards I have used Brushos with Mica spray and cling film.
Flowers on this card are by Paperartsy.
Background is blue and purple Brushos with mica spray and cling film.

The Teasles are from Woodware on this card using a mixture of Brushos and a mica spray for the background.
I have used 2 different colour blue Brushos with mica spray and cling film, flowers are
from Stampin Up.

For this background I have used an embossed background and coloured it with Distress Crayons and rubbed over with. a baby wipe. I then added foil on sticky embossing powder and some Frantage in gold and white.

Flowers are from Heartfelt Creations and are stamped and embossed in black then I coloured them with masking fluid so that I could do the background without putting the script over the flowers then I removed the masking fluid and coloured the flowers.

Make & Take Friday 27th January.

This  is the card for this week, I have used Stampin Up  Butterfly Basics, although I havn't used the butterflies.

Workshop Monday 23rd January at Southlands Art Centre.

Cards for the workshop on Monday 23rd January.
This stamp was a free one from a magazine, I stamped it first and painted with masking fluid then sponged Distress ink all over then sponged through a stencil using white pigment ink although it looks blue.
I received the Swirly Vine die from creative Expressions for Christmas and have used it on these 4 cards. On this one I have placed the tan embossing mat against the die so that it embossed instead of cutting, then gently rubbed over using the Inca Gold metallic paint. The stamps are from Stampin up.
Swirly die again cut in white and the Woodware Anemone layered on top with glitter glue added.
This is the smallest die of the Swirly Vine set, it is layered on to a Brusho background, the stamps are a set from Honeydoo Crafts
I have embossed this one again with the Swirly Vine and rubbed it wth the metallic paints again.

Make & Take Friday 20th January

Here is the card for this weeks Make & Take at
The Prop House Cafe in Pinewood Nurseries.

Please note that the cafe is opening at 10am during the winter months.

The stamp is a cherry blossom from Artkure.

More to come soon.

Make & Take Friday 13th January

Here is my first card for the first Make & Take on 13th January at Pinewood Nurseries in the
 Prop House Cafe.

The stamp is by Woodware and I have
inked it with a Kaleidacolor ink pad.
I have ripped the card against a patterned ruler then brushed a matching ink pad around the edges, and added glitter glue when it was finished.
