Club night -lemon juice , shoe polish with mica, 22nd August

Club night 22nd August 2013
Tonight we worked with 2 techniques, one was stamping with lemon juice and heating to make it visible, the second was using shoe polish with mica powder by using a piece of kitchen roll and rubbing it on the [polish and then putting it in the mica powder and rubbing it on to a piece of embossed car and it turns out very metallic looking although it doesn't show well in the photos. As you can see we all made very different cards.

I have stamped the scroll background using white pigment ink and dried it off then brushed over it with yellow, lilac and blue inks, then stamped the Magnolia in the centre.
I have some new border die cuts that can be interchanged using different patterns with different cutting edges.
