Brayered Tissue Paper
Brayered Tissue paper.
For this weeks Club night we have brayered a piece of tissue paper using water based inks, I used Big n Juicy,
then scrunch it up and undo it but do not flatten it, take a piece of white card and spray it with water or I like to use my gold mica spray. Now place the tissue paper ink side down n to the wet card and brayer, now remove the tissue and dry it with a heat gun and stick it on to another piece of white card leaving the creases in the surface. The 2 pieces of card are now ready to use.
This is my sample Below are cards that were made by others attending our club night. |

Metal Embossing workshop
Here are 5 cards from the Metal Embossing workshop, on 2 of the cards I used a thinner metal and put it through the Cuttlebug machine in an embossing folder and the other 3 I used a thicker metal and could push it out using ball tools.

Make & Take Friday 10th Aug
I thought we would have a go at putting serviettes on cards this week.
I use cling film to stick the serviette to white card by laying the cling film on to a piece of white card then lay the top layer of the serviette on top then a single layer of the serviette backing, then iron it with a hot iron

Make & Take Friday 3rd August
This is this weeks Make & Take card.
I Have had this metallic card for ages and it doesn't really go with anything and after seeing Barbara's idea of putting it through an embossing folder then rubbing with sand paper and then rub over the top with an ink pad here is my card for today.
