This stamp is from a set by Elusive Images, the background has been made by masking off an area using post it notes then using another post it pull the colour off the edge with a sponge, then keep moving the post it.

Using a Penny Black stamp, printed card and pearly paper for the strips, cut with a patterned edge cutter.
